ARGH! Creative Zen Mozaic? Anyone work at ARGOS?
I have a 2GB Creative Zen Mozaic MP3 Player. I've had it for about...
5 months. It's never really let me down before, but now, I just plugged it into the computer, and the computer doesn't recognise it.
Has anyone experienced this problem before?
And also, anyone working at ARGOS-
is it possible to return an item without the reciept?

If it was paid for by card then you could always take in your statement with the transaction shown on. They should be able to get it sent to a repair agent free of charge for you and you would only be liable of charges if it was clear that it has been misused (which I'm assuming not).
If it wasn't card you paid by then you could argue that it was only sold by them within the year so is within standard guarantee although they would have to check themselves.
But remember, be nice and they may even give you a straight replacement for it.
