I'll try to give you some information.

-$25 a week, 3 days availible to come for beginners, 5 days for intermediate and advanced
-$30 dollar belt test fee

You did not tell us whether or not you provide a karate environment. Is it in fact a dojo, or are you teaching at a recreation center?
Remember to deliver the promise:
1. The time (be attentive)
2. The place (environment)
3. The material or service (karate)
4. The experience (culture)
Your rates are dangerously low, unless you are not teaching at an actual dojo. Did you know that people are willing to pay $25 a half hour for piano or guitar lessons? Doesn't martial arts provide life skills? What makes it only worth $5 dollars a half hour? $200-$300 may seem steep. But, dojos that are able to deliver all four of the above, are actually worth the money. It's rare to find a good school, true. However, in converse, most people do not consider Karate schools a legitimate business. Thus, making it near impossible for a true practising martial artist to be successful without being chastised.
You are a martial artist. Do not be moved by public opinion. Do not be afraid to act. Be strong. Stand strong. Deliver your promises, and allow your clients to deliver theirs (in the form of payment). Most of all, keep the promises you make to yourself.
