What is a better MMA instructional DVD?
1. Machida- do karate for mixed martial arts
2. Secrets of chute boxe academy with shogun and ninja rua
Wich is better??
Both are dubbed. Not a big fan of that.
My personal preference is for Mark Hatmaker's material. He speaks English, which is a plus, and he's a scientist at heart, so the reason for everything is explained.
But if you had to chose between those two up there, I'd go for the Rua bros. material. The Machida material isn't much use to a beginner or someone without a karate background.
