Could I also be included in the Frozen Shoulder Healing?
In October I fell and broke my arm. The surgery included plates and pins put in. They took the final cast off Jan 8th and now as a result of no movement of the arm, I too have a frozen shoulder. I have been doing self Reiki, but I cannot bend my arm to reach some areas of my body. Can you please include me in your healing.

Remember that Reiki does effectively flow wherever it is needed, so you just need to relax and let it happen.
What you are experiencing is a common result of casts. As I understand it, doctors are working to eliminate the use of complete immobility whenever possible to reduce the type of experience that you are having.
The first place I would go in your situation is a massage therapist, preferably someone who does a combination of connective tissue work (Structural Integration, Rolfing, Myofascial) and Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT, Trigger Point). I've had good results with these techniques to help people quickly and relatively painlessly regain their range of motion.
Note - it wouldn't be relaxation massage. Relaxation massage would also be helpful but it wouldn't be as effective at releasing trigger points and fascial adhesions limiting your range of motion. You shouldn't be cringing or yelping in pain, but the areas that need work are always tender to the touch.
